I spent about 500 dollars here to get a new pair of glasses last year. What I got makes me dizzy, not seeing clear. From my experience of using glasses for 20+ years and getting new pairs every other year, I know it’s not normal, and usually can be fixed. But after communicating with them, neither Dr.Chang or Gloria know why or how to fix it. After 6+months, the problem continues. I’ve decided to go to another clinic to get a new pair. Still give this place 2 stars for the previous manager got me contact lens before my ski trip last year.

I am extremely happy with the personalized service I received from Dr. Chang. He was very friendly, very easy to talk to and made the visit quite pleasant. So satisfied that that I brought my sister to get her eyes checked as well. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything that was going on with our eyes. He also patiently answered all our questions.
They have a great selection of frames. His assistant spent a lot of time with me to find the perfect pair of glasses. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to be treated well.

I have had eye exams at a lot of different places but this was by far the best eye exam I have ever had! Dr. Eric Chang did an extremely thorough exam and really took the time out to explain every element to me. He is so knowledgeable but still is able to put you at ease and make you feel comfortable! It was such an amazing experience from check in to check out! There is also a great selection of glasses to choose from and I was able to find a pair of glasses that worked so well for me. Everything was super prompt and organized. I’m so greatful to have found Dr. Chang and can’t wait to come back!!
