The level of customer service here is excellent! Dr. Cassidy and each member of the staff I worked with were all very engaging, thorough, professional, thoughtful, and kind. Dr. Cassidy took the time to explain my particular situation and what vision correction he thought was best for me and why so that my prescription was more than just meaningless numbers. I had a great impression of the office and left feeling confident I made the right choice in switching optometrists.

I love the staff at Issaquah Vision, and Dr. Shani Rerecich is the best! She is thorough in her examination and always finds time to make meaningful conversation. Purchasing glasses is a breeze as the staff ensures you get the style and quality you want. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Five stars!
