Worse insured broker I have ever been with, I have been through 2 agents in this office and their customer service is absolutely the worst they can't seem to send off the proper documents to need creditors wrong vin numbers and lie about rates I was even told the condition of my home looks poor in so many words considering I have dumped over 50k in it the last few years. Not to mention payment times and renewals to continue their book of business with you, I took 7 different insured Idems including my house elsewhere they wanted me to pay $2990 for home owners in which I went to State Farm for $1290 ... RUN AWAY they are not honest people at this office when they have been caught ripping you off and you challenge them they won't answer your calls
UPDATE Aftre requesting to cancel my policy's and finding out I've been double covered for a few weeks they renewed them without my consent and charged my account as well as my escrow account and still refused my calls I had to contact the Insurance company's directly to resolve this situation and still get emails from them..I've been in sales for 22 years I've never experienced this type of customer service the absolutely worst
