After some other not positive experiences with other appliance companies, we were so impressed by Jose’s knowledge and work. We thought we would have to replace our whole fridge due to flooding, but he quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and cleaned up. Highly recommend!

Jose was great -- responsive, prompt, professional. I reached out on the weekend when my washing machine got stuck mid-cycle. He provided a reasonable quote ahead of time, brought the right spare parts with him, and came by same day to got the repair done (in under an hour). I would absolutely call on iTech Appliance in the future should any other appliance break down.

Jose was a delight to work with. I sent out a request for a repair on my refrigerator and he immediately swooped in like a hero. Short notice, SAME-DAY repair and was done quick as well; he even taught us conceptually what was wrong with our fridge! if I ever need anything repaired I DEFINITELY know who to contact. I can't recommend him enough.
