We had ITH do some work on our deck. They replaced the surface with composite and rebuilt parts of the railing. Their workmanship was sloppy and communication was terrible.

The first time they laid the decking it was horribly misaligned, and there were inconsistent gaps between the boards. The second time was slightly better but still not square. When we tried to communicate this they refused to acknowledge any issue or possible way to improve.

Communication was difficult. The workers that showed up would often need to phone a supervisor so we could do a three way conversation via speakerphone to try to get our points across.

When they were finally finishing the deck, they were in a hurry to leave. They painted the stairs even though it was clearly about to rain, and they forgot to move our grill back as previously promised.

After we payed, they have not provided promised warranty documents, and they did not come back to move the grill as promised.

Working with ITH has been an awful experience. I cannot recommend any aspect of their service.
