I bought the one-on-one personal training for my 7 year old pup due to her aggressive nature with other dogs. I paid $195 for four sessions. We went through 2 sessions, then the trainer wouldn’t call me back for her third and fourth training. I waited a month…no call back.
I decided we’ve learned just about what we can and she’s doing much better SO I decided to call and ask for a partial refund. Debra, in the office, told me on four occasions that she will get back to me. One month later…NO CALLS!!
I would never go back!! They are running a healthy business so I know it’s not lack of funds. It’s bad business management!!! Make sure you get your money’s worth as it’s not cheap and the first thing they want you to do is enroll your dog into their overnight training program. Who has that much money to spare??!
