Simply put, we will never work with these guys again. Completely unprofessional behavior from the owner Dan. Our maintenance team purchased a pulley for our FADAL 8030 from their online store for a listed price on their website. After the transaction was complete and order number was issued, we called to verify shipping. The owner Dan had a meltdown. Apparently, the price listed on their site was out of date and the new price was nearly 3 times what was listed. He refused to honor their advertised price claiming the website was outdated, had "no idea how we got this price". We pressed him on honoring his advertised pricing and he became further infuriated, yelling at our staff. Again, completely unprofessional. If you chose to do business with these guys and need FADAL parts, let the buyer beware...do not trust their listed pricing. Do not expect courteous treatment. They run their business like they are doing you a favor.
