My family will never go anywhere else for repairs. The day my gas range wouldn’t shut off and it was on high. He was informative and explain what’s going on in lament term. He was professional, honest and fair.

They were on time. Eddie(?) tested several sensors. My machine needed a part they had to order. The part came in at 11am and he came the same day. I live 40 miles out of Spokane. I thought they professional and worked fast to get me going. I have no qualms recommending IV Appliances.

Ivan was great. Very polite young man. I called and he was out the next day. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and gave us the price. Parts came in and he was out the next day to be complete the repair. Will recommend him to any friends or family members that may need a repair. Thank you for your speedy service.
