After telling dr Hwang that I had a visit with his colleague, Dr G (who is semi- retiring) and he told me I need to see dr Hwang now bc he’s a specialist for Graves’ disease (which is what I explained when made this appt). I told dr Hwang it frustrates me bc I have a $45 co pay not to mention it was a waist of time. He replied to me I surly don’t have to come back if I’m not happy.
Welp!!! You got that right doc. He has no sense of humor and is demeaning to his staff. He thinks he’s being polite but he’s making them look stupid. Not to mention he’s always 30-45 min behind and says life happens. We’ll have your staff give a call to say you’re running late.
I would not waist my time with this guy
