Food was generally spot on. Had a fried seafood mix: the cod and clam fritters seemed perfectly crunchy and fresh, the shrimp plump with a thin breading, the French fries were boiled before frying making their insides nice and soft, but the halibut seemed to be possibly not as fresh. The clam chowder was well balanced with larger chunks of clam. The dungeness crab bisque was tomatoey and good. The boiled clams were fresh and not sandy.
The service was cordial and informative. The atmosphere was warm and our table had an amazing view of downtown Seattle!

The large white man at the walk up window needs to take a customer service class. I asked if they had a chicken sandwich and he told me they don't have it anymore. Before I could even attempt to order something different, he turned around and walked away from me, without even asking If I'd like something else instead. It felt disrespectful. I've ate here multiple times and the only thing I thought was good enough to eat on my lunch break was the chicken sandwich. I don't know why they got rid of it. The salmon dinner was not what I expected both times I tried it. Pretty bland and kind of slimy in texture. After the bad customer service this time, I'll never be back there again. I'll choose the random food truck over this.

Would recommend this place for someone looking to get some fish and chips with some beer. Decor is chill/relaxed and the location is great. Rates are a little expensive but we were lucky enough that we got the happy hour menu. Food was pretty fresh and quality of the food was also good. Tasted like it should so no qualms there. Service at times was pretty slow but our serves was pretty nice and helped us try a new cider. They could expand their menu a little bit more to add some options but all in all we had a good experience there.
