The IYI Team did a fantastic job for me when they handled a major remodeling of my pool and spa along with landscaping involving replacing grass with artificial turf. The project managers Kerem and Mehmet were always totally professional and friendly and always available daily on site and/or on the phone when needed. They provided daily supervision with their workers and were always on site for me to consult with me whenever questions came up. The job proceeded efficiently and quickly without any delays. There were never issues wondering "why nobody turned up for the job yesterday"? The only "down day" was half a day once when it rained. Beyond that it was full bore ahead ahead six days a week on the site until the job was finished including pool startup when it was finished. No delays!
Also, an important plus for me was how they were always aware and sensitive to what they were doing which might impact my next door neighbors vis a vis sound and dust. Redoing a pool is bound to be loud and dusty (it was) and they're actively proactive when they introduced themselves the first day to explain who they were and what the job was all about and let them know how they could contact them directly whenever they had issues.
Finally, when it was finished it was beautiful! There is no question that I'm very pleased to rate this company 5 Stars. In all aspects.

IYI removed our grass and installed artificial turf in August 2022. We had four areas in our front yard and one large area in our back yard that were replaced. It took them 2 days to demo and 2 days to prep and install. The installation went flawlessly, and the outcome is fantastic. They added some undulations in all areas to make the turf look more natural. They added a trim around the edges, and it gives it a very clean look. The project managers were thorough and efficient and made sure we were totally satisfied with the job. We have had numerous neighbors drive by with glowing compliments and have told us that they love the new yard! Our gates got a bit scratched during the installation. IYI had their painter out the following week to stain the gates and they look brand new! We would highly recommend IYI for any construction that you may need.
Outstanding experience with the IYI Team. We just very recently completed our front and back hardscape/landscape demolition and the total remodel project that included an amazing water feature, natural gas fire pit, pavers, artificial turf and drought tolerant landscaping.
