Great service, great ambiance, just okay food. Our waiter was very good with the perfect blend of attention and leaving us alone. This is an old school steakhouse and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I just wish the food was better. My steak was way over my requested medium rare and burned in spots. It was also underseasoned. The broccoli was good, but the baked potato was just a potato. There was nothing on it. I ended up using the butter/sour cream mixture that was left from the breadbasket with salt/pepper. They also had a limited beer selection for a steakhouse in my opinion.

This place have a really New York wave. Is a really good place if you want to eat something elegant and well served, but good prices. Food was amazing, the brisket burger was delicious. And the fries, better. The waiters are so kind and they even speak Spanish if need it. Totally worth it.

Traditional steakhouse with an authentic feel. This is not one of those high end overpriced steak houses, but a comfortable neighborhood restaurant with a lot of history, that offers all of the traditional favorites you would expect from a good steakhouse. Steaks are tender and well seasoned. Service is outstanding. A couple of tv screens make sure you're not missing that night's Giants or Warriors game. Prices are fair, considering that this is SF. The condiment bottles throughout (see pics) are a nice touch.
