It is rare that i wrote a review at all, let alone a negative one, but this "service" was worth mentioning to me. After paying for a pre-purchase inspection, we requested a rough estimate of the cost to fix the issues that were found about the vehicle, in order for us to make an offer to the owner. The person I was speaking with acted as though it was unheard of that we would want to know the cost to fix something we were considering buying. She however agreed to do that for us, but that it would take some time. After a week I still heard nothing and called back. She then informed me it would take a few more days. I asked to speak at least to the mechanic who looked at it, but was told he was too busy and she could answer my questions. She was trying to be helpful, I saw, however the request has not been filled and it has now been several weeks with no communication. Her tone over the phone was enough to make me not want to follow up again. Needless to say we moved on from buying that vehicle and would not take a vehicle there in the future due to the poor service.
