I contacted JC Electric seeking service on my Generac 22Kw. I spoke with Cougar regarding my problem and said that it was something that could look at but they were backed up for about a month. He proceeded to give me information on what I might check on my own. I was able to resolve my Generac issue. That type of service is very rare and greatly appreciated! Even though I didn't have to schedule a service call, JC Electric will definitely be my go-to service provider in the future!
