While the other tow companies in town all had 2.5 to 3 hour wait times or hung up on me, JF towing was polite and showed up in only 25 minutes during rush hour. Thank you!

was supposed to pick my car up through AAA service. Called needing all my information again. Then proceeded to be aggressive in tone and kept asking if it was lowered. I informed him it was at most 1/2 inch and that it had no effect on going onto the flat bed (AWD vehicle must be on flat bed) and that I had no issues the previous day when it was towed to my house. He kept repeating his question on if it was lowered and when I repeated that it was towed with no scraping or needing for alterations less than 24 hours previous he hung up on me. They never showed to check the vehicle. It is higher than a stock height BMW or mercedes so there should be no issue.

I recently had mechanical issues with my car and got in touch with JF Towing thinking I was going to need a tow. Upon explaining the issues to the driver, he was nice enough to check and perform a few diagnostic items since the issue actually seemed fairly simple and to my surprise, he was able to get my car running again in no time! Will definitely be using JF Towing again in the future!
