I was interested in a cue they had and I had a few questions about the shipping, they immediately emailed me back and answered all my questions. Purchased the next day and they got me the Saturday delivery right on time no problem. Great site with excellent communication. Highly recommend

I ordered a cue from this company in March of 2019 and talked to Judy who handled my order. She was very very nice and efficient, answered all of my questions and made sure I was clear about all aspects of my order and how it would be delivered. The cue arrived in good shape and is beautiful I am completely satisfied with this company.

I don't usually write reviews but I feel like I have to do so in this case so people won't get the same horrible experience as I did. I was looking at one of the cues and sent an email to politely request for the price. Brian REN responded with no respect what so ever and basically told me to walk off. I don't know what the point is to work in the customer service field when you don't even respect your customer. I will never consider to do business with him.
