Made an appointment for them to come out and they never showed. When asked why they lied and said they came out twice and no one was home. We were home all day. They then refused to come out a "third" time.

Had a leaking roof by my chimney. They came and inspected the roof and found the leak in the flashing. Fixed it. They were prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks for the great work. I give my highest recommendation.
