J & K Nails LLC

I usually never leave reviews, let alone a bad one, but the more I look at my nails the more frustrated I get. I have used J&K several times now, all because of word of mouth, they had decent reviews or the pictures of the nails they’ve done in the past look amazing. My nails are the opposite of amazing. Every time I have utilized their online booking service I have specified which nail tech I would like to book with, every single time I am given to someone else who rushes me. I have left the salon without my nails fully cured, I have left with horrible shaping and, most recently, I have left the salon with a crooked nail on the middle finger and they didn’t even measure the nails to make sure they were all the same length. So I have different lengths. They also did not apply cuticle oil, which was desperately needed after the drilling. Unless you are a long time customer of theirs I do not think they care about you and will do a quick job just to get you out of their chair. I have tipped every single time I’ve had service, despite how unhappy I was, and I have gone back several times to see if the last time was a fluke, but each time I am unhappy and this last service was just the straw that broke the camels back. I will not be a returning customer anymore.

Nancy and Henry are absolutely amazing and so talented! I have been seeing them for 7 years now and won't see anyone else. Quality work always. They have a huge color wheel to choose from. Best in town
