Worst doctor experience ever that my wife or I ever experienced. The most unprofessional, rude handling and combative treatment of a kind lady patient imaginable. Schnitman would not allow my wife to explain why we were seeking medical help. After her first words he cut in and drilled her with highly specific questions, many off target and irrelevant, then berated her for not giving yes or no answers immediately. A total waste of time and cruelly demoralizing experience. Even when I cut in and admonished him for his cruelly belittling approach he showed zero empathy for my wife’s ensuing comments and seemed to do everything to make her feel small and inadequate; what I said went in one ear and out the other until we cut it short without learning anything except that this is worst person masquerading as a doctor or healer that we have ever encountered. Avoid J. Randolph Schnitman at all costs!

The absolute worst ENT I’ve ever dealt with. My fave ENT parted ways with him. When I booked they assured me Dr Schnitman is great, then they switched me to some assistant/ intern? Very young, sweaty, shaking, & visibly nervous guy. He looked scared and had zero knowledge. I was so unnerved & wary by this not-doctor, I left the office. I spoke to Dr Schnitman later to tell him how bad the experience was before I refused to be treated and left, Dr Schnitman was rude, & condescending to me on the phone. I’ll never forget his mean dismissive response. It’s been more than 10 years since that mess and I keep getting bills- no treatment date, no medical billing codes, just money “owed” to every address I’ve lived since then. Now he’s sending bills to places I’ve visited for several weeks. It’s beyond unprofessional and truly harassing. Avoid Dr Schnitman at all costs.
