If they do not have a certain product they need to let the customer know so that the customer can decide what they really want their nails to look like. They cannot have to do a design and then charge extra for a half done design. I paid $93 for this set and my toenails

You definitely want an appointment at this place because otherwise you will be kept waiting because they are popular and for good reason. I got gel nails done here and they lasted over a month! They are quick, and they are good. I highly recommend this nail place.

I will never recommend and never go back. I walked in on a Friday at noon, and it was empty. Main nail tech (LeeLee) agreed to do my full set before I sat down and I made sure to confirm, as I had a sitter and was on a tight schedule. As my pedi was getting close to the end, she asked if another tech could do my nails as she “was not doing nails TODAY”. At this point several regulars had came in and I noticed it was a bit busier. I reminded her she confirmed before I sat down after walking in. She insisted, she never said she could do my full-set. I was floored at the thought she thought I didn’t understand WHAT I ASKED HER upon arrival. The pedi was sub par, and LeeLee is extremely unprofessional.
