I have been going to this auto salon multiple times for ultimate wash. Overall the service is great and the pricing is reasonable. The process is very fast as well and you can get your car under 1 hour.
Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, they have introduced a pet hair fee. The fee is higher than the ultimate wash. The frustrating thing is they never mentioned it during booking nor on their website. I drove for 30 minutes and only to be notified when I dropped off my car.
I guess it is a good place if you don't own any pets. I am unlikely to return as the price significantly increases for me and I am very disappointed that I wasn't notified beforehand.
