I had my large area rug cleaned in their warehouse. It no longer has a dirty smell or stains. (No let’s just 4 children in the home) but it does feel very stiff like it was not rinsed well. I was almost charged doible the amount for a natural fiber rug cleaning when it is synthetic fibers. I was also told THREE different prices and ended up paying more than what the rug itself cost. Do NOT recommend for area rug cleaning services.

The carpets were cleaned nicely. The only issue I had after getting my invoice was the difference of over (one hundred dollars) quote vs. actual cost. I do not like dishonesty when doing business with companies. I will not be using Chem Dry again.
