Edit: updating review. Moving from 3 stars to 1. Upon move-out, I can say that the staff is great! Unfortunately, they are over-worked and the operating hours are lacking. The owners don’t care. The maintenance regularly backs up to the point where the trash rooms are overflowing with rodents and garbage. Kristina seems concerned but never returned my calls. After less than 12-month lease and a ‘6-weeks free’ promotion, I was charged for 4 weeks to extend my lease for 1 week after I would not agree to pay an additional $200/month. Since then my unit has been sitting available and empty for very little more than what I was paying for almost 2 months. You are a number here. Thrive doesn’t care about you or your concerns. Run away from these promotions. And I never got my block party tickets 🙄. It turned into a ‘discount’ 😒
The deal was great-6 weeks free if look and lease same-day. The next day I had a question but email, call, and VM went unanswered. The staff is very small and perhaps overworked. Appointments are delayed, response is slow/nonexistent often, but there seems to be a higher sense of urgency if in-person. Nickel and dime for what should be standard, and no welcome gift, (though it was highlighted), so I don't have a lot of faith in block party tickets, which was a big selling point in addition to the promotion.
