Ordered two double jacks, fries, and four tacos. Burger patties were dry. Not enough mayo or ketchup. Burger was dry even with veggies. Fries were ok. Tacos were good. I like my fries and tacos with ranch. I asked for 4 ranches, they could only provide 2 and charge for more. Very disappointing. They don't need to be so stingy. Every other fast food chain will give extra ranch without hesitation.

The people in the kitchen were being very immature they were kissing each other and cussing in Spanish at each other. One of the ladies that was preparing the food coughed on the food and the ladies that gave me the food scratched herself before giving me my food. The male server decided to ignore me. Then after the lady gave me the food she gave me the middle finger. Worst service ever.🤢 what are people being paid for? Bad service, bad food, bad attitudes. If the people in the kitchen want to horse play maybe they should stay home. You can tell they put something in the egg rolls I had to throw them away.🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

The girls who were working the drive thru weren't very nice. Was told to order at the window and then received attitude and eye rolling when they were reading off another customers order, and I informed them that I hadn't ordered yet. That I was who they told to order at the window. Once they took my order, it was out pretty fast and I was on my way. So bad start with an ok ending.
