Sat in the drive thru for almost a hour and they were serving everyone in front of us but they never come to the intercom thing and never said a word and they were still open for another hour and this has happened more then once to me. And they are always out of food or the food is never cooked all the way. Honestly I don't know why they even have the airway heights location open at all anymore. The service and food is the worst that I have ever had from a fast food place in my entire life.

I get that everybody is raising their prices because of this b* covid thing and they're never going to come back down in price I understand that but I cannot understand how a fast food restaurant can get away with charging $3.24 for a large water

It is water.

I'm already paying nine bucks for a freaking burger and I can't get a water

Furthermore this $3.24 water

Taste disgusting you know when something is freezer burn or your ice cubes or freezer burnt and how it can change the flavor of the liquid that is what this water tastes like I I'm not even going to go back and complain because the people working there are I'm not going to degrade anybody but the fact just I'm not going to degrade anybody but I don't think I will ever visit that Jack in the box ever ever again in my life but as far as I'm concerned if Jack in the box is going to charge $3.24 cents for a freaking large water I'm not going to visit them at all I think it's bad the Burger King in McDonald's is charging a dollar Taco Bell and Carl's Jr have no problem providing a cup of water when you buy a burger and their water is actually extremely good.

I love the food at Jacks. My only complaint is that they're not in more locations. Their tacos are my favorite, but I also love their Sourdough Jack burgers. They're delicious and big for me.
