Service was just unacceptable.we felt like we were being rushed to order,our burgers were slapped together real fast which resulted in a mess before we even got to eat it. Our fries were cold.customer service needs a lot of work.and attitudes should be left at home. This place has gone down hill in the last couple years. This used to be our favorite spot now it's just sad.

Driving through Moses lake and this was the only places open at the time. I’m not gonna mention what time cuz I’m not trying to have someone get in trouble — but yall need to pay/staff your night shift better or something- because point blank they are MISERABLE. The guy was so freaking rude and snarky to me. I stated what I wanted to order and he said “k. It’s gonna be a while”… to which I said “okay?” And then he said “sorry. We get breaks too.” Just so so so snarky that I got a little suspicious that he might do something to my food just because I had pulled up at his break time, and I chose not to order.

Sandwich was sloppy. Like they just shove it together or something. Bun had sauce all over the outside. Tasted alright though. Average.
