I live 20min out of town so I knew they wouldn’t be completely hot; the beef patties were obviously not fresh and dry and my bun was burnt. Looked like it had been squished.
I am disappointed because I love Jack in The Box and have since I was a kid.
I will however give them another try.

Save yourself the headache and do NOT go to the Washougal WA location. You'll have much better success at the other places next door, even the grocery store. I have tried over and over again for the past few years and my last straw was last night when we waited in the drive through for 25 minutes to receive 2 value chicken burgers (that we later found out we're not made to order), 1 french fry and 1 teriyaki chicken bowl meal. There were only 2 cars ahead of me when I ordered. I was stuck between cars, otherwise I would have left without food. When I pulled up to the window I asked if my food was ready because I'm not waiting 30 second longer. The worker said it was right there next to her (it was not), but tried to make nice buly giving us an extra curly fry. Our burgers went straight to trash. Never again.

Horrible service inside. Place is dirty and dilapidated. Not enough people. Guy had been waiting 15 min for food. We stood in line for 10 min and no one took our order. Left.
