The service was unfriendly and uninformative. I exclusively order through the app, and at the location I used to go to if I ordered 4 dipcups with my food I got those.
The first time I came to this location I had ordered 4 tacos and 4 dipcups, but only received one cup.
I went back through the drive thru to ask for the 3 that were missing only to be told that they would have to charge. I didn't mind the extra charge because I understand corporate has standards even if those standards are not evenly applied, but what I did mind was that I wasn't told this BEFORE I left.
The same thing happened this morning; ordered 4 sauce packets but only received two by a young lady at the window who seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but at work, who then let me leave without telling me that she could only give out two and not the 4 I requested.
Not going there again. The food is good, but I'll be taking by business to another location due to the service provided.
