I got a munchie meal from here last night and woke up this morning with severe food poisoning. I assume it was from a chicken patty that was harder than a rock that I bit into. Don’t waste your money here

Been in here for 40 mins waiting on my order that was preordered on door dash. Never using this jack in the box. No one at the front desk multiple customers just walk in wait and leave. This is something that needs to improve used to come here 25/7 now I don't even go there on a sunny day. Was originally waiting for my food and might want to refund and go somewhere else. Then the guy gives me a broken cup holder and spills my shake and drink thanks bruh I earned one star!

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, just for them to undercook my food and give me teriyaki sauce for Hispanic food. This was my second 15 minute wait for 2 drinks, 2 Tacos and 1 specialty Box meal. I won't be coming to Jack anymore.
