The employee here was super helpful with the couple of questions my kids asked, and the food came out quick, obviously freshly made at the time we ordered, it was nice and hot but the veggies on the sandwiches still had life in them. We were at the end of a long day of travel and not much was open so late, so it was a relief to get good service at that hour when so many places are closed.

Who ever was working night shift on 7/13/24 just had to be on drugs. Behavior was extremely suspicious and she had no clue what was going on around her. Got our order wrong twice after waiting in drive thru for 45 minutes and then made it impossible to reach anyone through the phone to correct it, also never got a receipt. Jack in the box hires the worst people

If there was an option for NO stars, this would be it.

This place is run by a bunch of 14yo millennials. Not ONE person was wearing a uniform or a hair net. Both boys had long hair down there backs and it wasn't contained. The little boy that talked back to me was wearing his jeans hanging as low as they could go.

I went through the drive through in a hurry only to find out they got my order COMPLETELY wrong! I had to turn around and waste my time talking to a snarky girl child who identified herself as a "Shift Manager". I asked her does she not see what IS wrong? She shook her head and said "no".

On top of all that, I did not receive a receipt. For the price of fast food these days, I expect at least SOME professionalism and pride in the employees work. These children need supervision.
