It is the first time I come to this location, very bad service to the employees, terrible customer service, they do not give the orders that are requested and there is no customer service, very bad service, I do not recommend, she is crazy.

TERRIBLE SERVICE messed up my order twice I ordered 2 jumbo jacks and one sourdough grilled chicken sandwich but the guy there gave me 2 sourdough grilled chicken sandwichs we came back to get the correct order but ended up CHARGING me 7.68 more for that order. The guy told me for that mistake he gave me the 2 jumbo jacks for free and fries plus drink there was no fries and they scammed my 20.00 dollars the sourdough grilled chicken they supposedly fixed they put meat not chicken and not even a piece of lettuce.

We waited for half an hour in line then waited another 10 min at the speaker before being told they were closing the store due to walk outs. I understand closing but letting us sit at the speaker with nothing for 10 min is ridiculous.
