I never have a good experience here. Something is always wrong with the order: wrong drink, didn't put in the right order, or the right amount of fries. The bathrooms are more like broom closets. Frankly, it's ridiculous.
Update: This is dumb. 36 freaking dollars and this is what is in the bag? Do your job or leave and let someone else do it better!

Just the worst jack in the box ever. The only one I have been carded at. Tonight we ordered on the app and they asked my wife to see her phone for verification. If Jack in the box wants verification they should give a code. The app quoted 7-9 minutes, and I kid you not, it was 19 minutes. I saw in my mirror that there was a guy at the speaker who waited for about 5 minutes, then pulled away because no one helped him.
