Three times now we've sat and waited at the speaker for up to 10 minutes with nobody taking our order before we just left. The first two times were between midnight-1am and the third time was 11:30 am so well within business hours. The third time we finally came inside and felt the woman who took our order was rather rude. As we waited for our order another man came in and waited probably five minutes before anyone even bothered to greet him and needed to call the woman over even for that. The food is nice, but it feels gross to have to sit at the speaker without any service and then pull up to the window. All of the times people before and after us were helped and we even waited for the people in front of us to exit the drive thru before asking if anyone was even there just in case it was one person getting slammed, but even then no service or response at all. Edited to add: She also didn't put any napkins in the bag.
