The lady at the front counter took care to get my order correct, she rang everything correctly, unfortunately that's where the good news ends.
I was not thanked when I picked up my order, and my order was wrong. The burger was missing bacon and cheese. It also tasted old, as if the cook was not adhering to proper hot holding guidelines.
I submitted my feedback via the link on the receipt. I was told they would follow up and they never did. They asked me to take another survey about how they followed up. I told them I was never contacted. I once again left my contact info but was never contacted. Absolutely awful customer service.
I would not come back. They seem to have a habit of getting orders wrong. The staff aren't rude, but they don't seem to take customer service seriously. Working in customer service myself, I know what good customer service looks like and it's not that hard.
