Went to the drive thru and when they handed me the bag they clearly said that everything was in there. When I got home I was missing the supreme croissant and hash brown. So I drove all the way back and told them. The lady gave me just a croissant with a horrible attitude not even apologize for the mistake. From here on I will drive further to a different store if I buy jack in the box again.

Place is trash at night, have kids running the place. Manager is going out to his coworkers car and talking while the drive thru took almost 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front! They left just some girl coworker by herself. After my wait this is what I get like for real!!!

In a semi. The night manager i spoke to on the phone told us to walk up to the door and she would take our order... awesome to have her do that since covid has so many places closed its hard to get a truck into places ...... thank you!!!!
