Have been a long time customer for years at my local jack in the box but recently my wife and I went to eat there and I'm fairly certain got food poisoning.
Given it was the only thing I ate that day I am more than certain that's where we caught it from.
Will not be getting food from them again.

At 11:58 09/08/2024 I was rushed threw my order rudely and that I had to just order at the window so I asked for him to add a sprite on the order, within his response saying ANYTHING ELSE ! RUDELY. and I said no thank you and then I paid for MY ORDER AND ASKED FOR MY RECEIPT AS HE REPLIED BACK WITH “U CAN PULL TO THE FRONT ILL PUT IT IN THE BAG” WHILE THERES NO CARS IN THE DRIVE THREW AND SLAMS WINDOW SHUT HE GIVES ME MY FOOD AGGRESSIVELY AND I ASK HIM WHAT HIS ISSUE IS AND HE SAID JUST TRYING DO MY JOB WHEN ALL I WAS TRYING DO WAS JUST ORDER THIS PLACE NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE

Making a walk in order was something out of a sitcom. Dude couldn't understand us, didn't get one thing right and we only ordered menu items by number. A transient dude and his dog came in and I think even the dog was disappointed.
