I love Jack in the Box but this location straight up sucks! I keep ordering from here hoping it will get better but I am let down every time. Consistently receiving old or overcooked food and totally forget about making a custom order because that will get screwed up in a way that almost feels on purpose and spiteful. If you try to circumvent them putting merely the essence of condiments on your burger by ordering it with “extra” it’s like you get even less somehow..? Unless there are some serious changes in management and hiring/training I don’t think I will ever order from here again, which is sad because if I am to indulge in some fast food I typically shoot for Jack in the Box.

The restaurant was easy to get to, offered great service and as always provided great food. I Love getting their breakfast meal with scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes and a hash brown. Sadly I heard they may be removing it from their menu. I hope this is not true as I would greatly miss it.

I went into jack in the box today and the manager was awful. She took my order with an eye roll and was rude to every customer in front of me and behind me. A man walked up asking about an application which is got rude and defensive because he didn’t remember a man’s name. She also ignored multiple customers who were trying to be helped including the same man asking for a water cup. There was also a person who appeared homeless who she was rude to the whole time he was ordering and while he was speaking she kept cutting him off. I didn’t catch a name seeing as she wasn’t wearing a name tag. But she was blonde and looked to be about in her 40’s. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend going here with staff like this. She was awful.
