The worker was really rude, had a rude tone and made us wait at the order area for like 10 minutes. Then we pulled up to the window after ordering and we sat there for 15 minutes. We ended up just leaving and the person behind us also left.

Went just to get 2 orders of 7 piece Jalapeno poppers, haven't gone for a while. Wish I hadn't. No one wearing mask or gloves. Assuming it was a manager comes out of office no mask no gloves starts bagging food no hand wash. If I hadn't paid I would've left. The jalapeno seemed like they were refried I don't know how many times 🤢 almost half had no cheese they were so hard and even had 2 with no cheese or jalapeno. Waste of money!

I pulled up, ordered, the wait from ordering to pay/pick up of food was a bit long. The drive thru person was smiling and very friendly. The food was cooked as it should have been. I will note getting in and out of this particular Jack in the Box is a little tricky based of the intersections around this location.
