If customers order DoorDash and request for sauces they should put in the bag instead being lazy and not putting it in the bag customers pay for food it’s not right if you don’t read orders and leave items out employees should have courtesy for customers

Not busy, drive thru. Very slow service for some reason. Burger was cold. Possibly, i will stop going to chain burger stores. Better quality at mom & pop shop's

So I ordered online, and they taking forever to give me my order, when I know it was done. The place was empty, and yet I see the workers walking around with drinks, including Boba from Quickly- NOT TENDING TO MY ORDER. Then to add on to that, they get my Boba wrong, then the manager pull up talking about what I ordered, when I know I got a vanilla shake Boba. I know it's fast food, but man, I could get a better milk tea from the stores on SanBruno. You can't even chew the boba- you might as well have not even cooked it. I can see why ratings went down over here. This place SUCKS.
