I usually just order pick up and grab my food through the drive thru. Food comes out as expected and is ready when I arrive.

Was early morning and the food was actually pretty good as far as the atmosphere or environment it was kind of run down overall I wood dine there again

So this is the second time we visited this Jack in the Box. Manager straight up rude to my father and other customers there. Never getting our order right on purpose. Whenever he complained its obviously his fault that they are screwing up his order. He ordered 2 meat lovers burrito, 2 loaded breakfast. They were messing around with the computer and removed a burrito because he wanted to use a Jack in the Box coupon we got in the mail. Worst service ever! We just want our food.
