The girl at the drive thru speaker cut me off and got my order wrong because of it. I retell her my order and she has me park in spot 1 to wait for the right order. 10 minutes go by and no order so I go in to find they weren't even making it. I tell the girl at the counter my order, 4 tacos, NO CHEESE. She repeats it, goes to tell the cooks and begins arguing with them about whether I said no cheese or extra cheese so she comes back to ask again and I repeat NO CHEESE so she goes back and tells them no cheese and they argue more so she asks again for a 3rd time at which point I'm fed up and late for work. I requested my money back and she went back to argue about the cheese before returning to refund me. Honestly, it shouldn't take 30 min to get an order correct, which they didn't even do. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Clean location the drive-thrus open 24 hours a day however the dining room isn't hours very it's a super get it is super clean I like it and I seem to be quick for food when you order not too bad of a location considering it's right off of the 215 in the 79

I went there yesterday and was disgusted at how my food was being handled. In a ditch effort to fix my salad, the cook picked up my chicken without a glove (bare hands) and put the corn on my salad and plopped the chicken back on there. I saw this thru the drive thru window. As I told the other ladies I wanted my food remade they had the biggest attitudes and their disgusting behavior was reflective of the disgusting cook who refused to practice safety while cooking and meet PPE requirements. I called the corporate number (owner) and he did nothing but stop answering my calls. I will be reporting to the FDA and other entities that would need to know because with covid etc this was irresponsible and unacceptable.
Below is a screenshot of the owner ignoring my calls. The last call was .e leaving a voicemail which resulted in a 1 minute call.
