Oh, man. Place was dirty for 2:00 on a Tuesday in the afternoon. Walked in and only saw 2 people with some kind of music blasting from the back. Eventually more people came out. Bathroom was also dirty. But, I'll say this, the guy taking the order was friendly enough. Other than that, keep going if you have a choice. I really hope the owner reads this and gets his people trained or gets some new help with employees that care. Real bad first impression.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE THE RESTROOMS ARE OPEN TO ALL AT THE SAME TIME AND GENDER NEUTRAL SO DO NOT!!!! LET YOUR KIDS GO IN THERE ALONE...... This is very unsafe and not well kept. I would not stop here, use another location. See photos.

Customer service was extremely poor in the drive thru. We ordered a chicken salad and we were given a chicken sandwich due to the language barrier the cashier had. When the supervisor Jordan came to the window. She said we had to get out the car and come in to get a refund because she was on a timer. Once we came in she asked us to give the sandwich back to get a refund. We didn't mind giving the sandwich back but she treated us like we were trying to get over and not only providing us the customer service most fast food restaurants do when they make a mistake, we are usually asked to pull aside but they made us get out the car and walk in the store to receive a refund. This is completely unacceptable customer service and we will never order from here again. Management and cashiers need to be retrained on proper customer service.
