Unfortunately, John did not get to see Dr. Rotenberg. If he had, I'm positive his review would be different. I saw the doctor because of stomach aches. He listened patiently to my complaints, asked relevant questions, and correctly diagnosed my ailment with only one test. He referred me to an excellent surgeon, Dr. Neal Dixon, who fixed my hernia. That was 6 years ago, and I've had no further problems. If I do, I will not hesitate to see Dr. Rotenberg. I had a previous GI doctor who overtested me (3 endoscopies, 2 colonoscopies, 1 CT scan in 18 months). I got the feeling I was being used to generate fees, so I changed doctors to Dr. Rotenberg, who correctly told me, "I think you've had more than enough tests," and he was right. As a patient of Dr. R., you will not exploited.
