I have had an in person meeting and many correspondences with Jack Yang. He is an outstanding communicator, however he lacks in follow through. Keeping an individual's word should always be at the heart of any realtor.
Moreover, I have unfortunately witnessed him taking advantage of elderly individuals. It should be said that either in the community your working in or under contract, taking advantage of the elderly should ALWAYS BE unacceptable.
JACK YANG DRE #02013453 also claims to have contractors he works with. However, not being able to provide a contractor's license number should ALWAYS be a red flag for ANY potential buyer or seller.
There are MANY realtors in the Altadena area who not only know the San Gabriel Valley but know how to treat all individuals with the utmost respect.
I would recommend, if up in the Altadena area, to rethink choosing Jack Yang from KW office and look at the many other realtors available in the area.
