Great atmosphere, and their service was great. When we visited, their ice machine was broken and they were out of all turkey product as well as most of their deserts which was a bummer. The food was good but the burger I got on that particular day wasn't stand out but the shake I got along with it was great!

Let me tell ya people, Jack Jacks’s is an amazing place! I came in at noon and Sara was my server and she did such an amazing job, I only had a small order but everything was amazing! I would 100% recommend this restaurant to any visitor of Moscow or Pullman! Jack Jack’s is the place to be!
