Never shopping here again. Bought a small bag of chips (Takis) and they rang it up and I paid with my card. $9 dollars - are you kidding me??? I asked to return them and they refused. Nobody is authorized to make a refund????? What - stupid people running a poor business. What a joke.
To follow up - ok - MSRP. It’s expensive and all I wanted was to immediately return them. Not allowed by your policy. Second - I never belittled or berated your employees. I never called them stupid - I’m calling the people that made such a policy stupid, which I’m assuming is you or the owner. Finally, if you had tried to defuse the situation instead of inflaming my anger - I might have been willing to remove my review. Try harder to be better and I’ll shop elsewhere.
