This is the first Eastside outpost of Jack's BBQ, and it seems to serve pretty much the same menu as in Seattle, though this restaurant is very bright with large windows and a spacious outdoor patio. The food and service have been great. They have run out of some daily specials due to their popularity, especially beef ribs featured on Thursdays.
While the main parking lot in front is relatively small and awkward, there's a larger dedicated parking lot behind the restaurant as well.

Great services. Our server and other staff were very friendly. We ordered a brisket plate and a half chicken plate on this trip. They both were great. I like their brisket the most. Chicken was moist inside. The skin was a bit salty for me, but it was also delicious and smokey. We also ordered corn pudding, which was sweet but really good when combined with the food, so try enjoy it with your meal. I also like their collard green.

After ordering, I waited for a few minutes and had to ask 3 different servers for ice for the water. Our meals came quickly. The weight all the meat to serve 1 pound of meat per order. However, when you get ribs and 80% of the meat is fat and rib bones, it's not much. All I had was a small side salad as I can't eat spicy food. It was Father's Day, and they were busy. Service was quick. It only took 5 min. To be seated. The guy who was handling the front was very friendly. But paying over $42.00 for a meal and salad for as little meat as he got. Not worth it. I'll drive to Renton for ribs. And the parking was full both front and back as was the street.
