It was okay until the preoarer told us that tax day had been extended to June 1st. I went home and checked this and the extension was not applicable in my state. Misinformation. I called the office and informed them and that was confirmed. I received a call a few hours later informing me of the mistake even though i had already informed them. This is the second year I had doubts about JH. Last year the preparer had trouble with our taxes and the computer program and had to call her supervisor several times during our session. Poor training?
