Jackson Roadside Assistance

I called to have a spare tire put on and was quoted $145 with a 25-35 min wait. 35 min passed when they called to tell me I actually owed $30 more because she accidentally quoted me wrong. At this point I was furious because there was still no sign of the driver even nearing us and I had my 2 week old baby in the car and we’re not from the area so I asked if she knew of any other companies in the area which apparently was the wrong thing to do. She informed us that we would be charged a $25 cancellation that “she had told me about”, well correcting her and telling her she never mentioned the cancellation fee was also the wrong thing to do because they put me on hold for 15+ min to review our recorded call before finally coming back on the line to tell me she could refund he $145 or i could pay the $30 difference from the mis-quote so I said fine I’ll pay the $30 but how much longer, because it had at this point been an hour, to which she assures me 20 min (she called the driver and told them we had cancelled in between). 55 min goes by so I call the office and ask how much longer they say my driver will call me shortly.. no call but 10 min later they show up.
