Terrible terrible and terrible. Every employee here is a gem except for the sorry excuse for one I encountered today. This woman believed my ID was fake which is absolutely absurd considering her stating the ID scanned and also receiving approval from a higher up co worker. Also had serious attitude. The larger female sporting a red uniform on 3/5/24. I can tell Jackson’s food stores requires nothing more then a diploma to be employed here because obviously she can’t read. She also was constantly bending my ID trying to see if it would break. What a wack job. Rot in piss. Why doesn’t she worry about the drug addicts roaming the outside of the location instead of harassing PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Every time I come into this establishment, they do not have their cold bar filled, and they are only trying to sell hot food. Customer service that I have received is not very becoming of a Jacksons establishment for the fact of it’s a cold response. Sorry you can just buy hot food. Literally, just leaving right now And frustrated that I have to go somewhere else to buy my lunch
